Boot Camp/ Metapwr is a fantastic metabolic resistant workout for those who want to get FITTER & STRONGER in a FUN, Friendly Group environment.

* Incorporates STRENGTH – CARDIO – POWER – AGILITY for all over results.

* Suitable for all fitness levels

* A favourite to both males and females of all ages

* Workouts are different each week and we mix it up with ropes, sandbags, slam balls and anything else that will get you the results!

* Supervised classes means that each person is given individual instruction on technique and correct form. Working around any injuries and issues you might have.
