Hi I am Katie, after finding myself 25 kilos overweight after having 3 children, I decided to try Zumba, I loved it, as it was fun sexy and exercise in disguise with a massive calorie burn ! and who doesn’t want that. I managed to lose my excess weight, and became a licensed Zumba instructor.

From there being that I was super passionate and keen to help others achieve their fitness and health goals I became a qualified fitness professional and personal trainer. I wanted to create a fun, safe and friendly environment for all people of all ages and fitness levels to come and have a FUN workout, where they feel welcomed and accepted.

You will be encouraged and supported and make great friendships with likeminded people. I offer a variety of fitness classes suitable for all ages and fitness levels catering for both men and women alike.

ZUMBA, BOOT CAMP/METAPWR, METAFIT HIIT & PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS

Personal Training is also available so you get one on one with a fitness professional ( ME ) tailored exercises to suit your fitness levels and goals, loads of variety so you never get bored, but most importantly one on one attention and guidance, to ensure you are challenged, supported and motivated to keep moving forward plus nutritional  advice and support and encouragement along the way .

I don’t believe in diets, it’s a lifestyle change, habits for life for improved health, fitness for your mind body and soul. Believing in yourself is half the battle, if I can and others can, so can YOU.
